Privacy FAQ
We campaign against the surveillance state, which means we practice what we preach. Here is exactly how we handle your data.
What data do you collect?
Almost none. We do not use tracking cookies, we do not use third-party analytics, and we do not profile our visitors. The only data we process is what you explicitly provide to us, such as your postcode when using the MP Finder tool.
What happens to my postcode when I use the MP Finder?
Your postcode is sent securely to our servers solely for the purpose of looking up your local Member of Parliament. We do not store your postcode. Once the lookup is complete and the result is returned to your browser, the data is immediately discarded from our system's memory.
Do you share my data with third parties?
No. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, corporations, or government agencies. We exist to fight data exploitation, not participate in it.
How do you track site usage?
We use privacy-respecting, self-hosted analytics that only count aggregate page views. We do not track individual user journeys, we do not log IP addresses, and we do not use browser fingerprinting. You are completely anonymous while browsing this site.
Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located in jurisdictions with strong privacy protections. We ensure that all infrastructure providers we use adhere to strict data protection standards that align with our mission.
